Operation platform:

Operation platform,made by FRP gratings as paving materials, exists most of the factories, it is anti-corrosion, paintless, maintenance free and long life service(15-20 years), compared to steel plate, the weight is reduced three-quarters, so there is no need to use lifting equipment during installation, it is more suitable being a supporting platform on equipment. Walkway:

There are so many walkways among equipment in factories such as chemical factory and steel plant. Some of the walkways,welded by round steel, are for routing inspection, they needs to do anti-corrosion coating every year due to the corrosion.By using FRP Gratings, the walkways can be long lasting colorful, bright and light structure. With anti-skid sand-paving surface, It is the best choice for outside walkways at winter in north China.

Stair tread:

Double grating ground:

In many corrosive workshops such as pulp workshop and electroplating workshop in electroplating factory,the corrosive floor surface can be easily damaged due to the traditional operation way(operators, finished products, waste residue and waste liquid in the same place).compared to the concept of solid ground, double grating ground consists upper layer and under layer. Traditional offshore oil platform uses steel plate as pavement material, but the Bad weather and sea water cause serious damages on the platform and increase insecurity factors. Fence:

Fences are needed around the high voltage equipment and large reservoir in factory.
