Cross flow FRP cooling tower collects wind from both sides, makes the air through filler on both sides of the tower to have mass exchange with hot water, then hot and humid are is released outside the tower. filler uses wave plate with two sides salient points, the wave plates are bonded to one piece by installation head to enhance the rigidity; two sides salient points can avoid direct drips, which increases the water film forming ability, and the bottom of filler is equipped with water collection measure.

The motor power of lower noise type is smaller and more power saving, also double speed motor can be used to save the power according to user’s requirements.

3、extremely low running noise

By adopting the FRP material wing type low noise axial flow blower special-designed for cooling tower and low noise motor special-designed for cooling tower by Tsinghua University, the running noise of cooling tower is highly decreased. Lower noise series products have even lower running noise and meet environmental protection perfectly. If the cooling tower is equipped with double speed motor, 2-3dB(A)more noise can be reduced on the condition of running low speed at night.
